svk --skipto Problems

Hmm. It seems that (with the current SVN server version) you can’t do an svk sync --skipto unless the remote path existed at revision 1.

That kind of sucks. This guy has a workaround, though it makes me a little nervous, as it disables an existing version-specific workaround (which presumably deals with some other bug).

For now, I think I’ll end up enabling the workaround temporarily to do partial syncs and disable it again afterwards (on Debian/Ubuntu, the relevent file is installed at /usr/share/perl5/SVN/Mirror/Ra.pm). I wish I had time to work on a proper fix myself…
