Intel Open-Sources Thread Building Blocks!
Intel’s open-sourced their spiffy Thread Building Blocks library, which very nicely abstracts most of the crappy parts of working with explicit threads. GPLv2, with the runtime exception (so non-GPL software can use it). Good show, Intel.
