Origins Of SARS
Researchers are digging into the genesis of SARS, and it looks like the ancestor coronavirus originated in horseshoe bats.
The bat virus can’t infect humans, though, so they’re still working out the intermediate species involved in the virus’ evolution. Civet cats are still strong suspects as far as that goes.
