Moonbase

I guess it’s old news a this point, but in case somebody missed it on Slashdot or Digg, Inkscape 0.44’s been released. Lots of nice new amenities, including a layer dialog (finally!—thanks Jon!). But last thing I worked on for this release was the about dialog image—it’s a collaboration between Andy, bulia, and myself. I’m pretty happy with the final result, but we had to scrape it together in the span of only a few days and as a result some of Andy’s best contributions didn’t make it in. We need to start working on prospective about images much earlier for the 0.45 cycle.
